You can also use an iPad pro and use a port hub with the hdmi output and hook up any size monitor you would like.
But the iPad Pro is very expensive at $1,000 plus and can overheat in hot climates, though it is bright at peak brightness with1,600 Nits. Compared to the FeelWorld 7 inch 2,200 NITS on the 279S model, it beats the iPad Pro on price and brightness. Though it is just a monitor, in case you want just a low-cost monitor and not an iPad..

I am in Atlanta ga. and it gets hot!!! quite often with high humidity and I have never had my ipad pro over heat and i have 3 of them i fly with and I use a tripod so I fly all do and do not have to hold anything.
