FAA 107 test registration

Hello, I am a new drone owner and have been studying for my FAA 107 test. I am registering to take the exam but I am at a loss of what to select on this part. It has a drop down for the authorization category with only 2 options. "Signed score report" and "None" yet I am unsure what to pick. Any help is appreciated.

I just signed up for my exam (taking it this Thursday!). I found this information helpful as I was also confused with some pieces of the process. Hope it helps.

Select None.

Signed Score Report is only if you were trying to take the test again for a higher score. (why you want to do that if you already passed, I have no idea)
