However, if it is used in a commercial pursuit (to earn money…) then the drone must be registered, have RID, and the pilot must have a Part 107 License…

Most of the topics are pretty straight forward, but flying over people and flying at night seem to have had changes over the last few years....it would be nice to hear the latest from the horse's mouth on the matters
