I just printed out a P-Touch label and stuck it to the side of the AC. I also included my email address and phone number on the same label.

same here. i always had them on my models, outside... label printer is the easiest way.

I guess I'll move my tail number to the exterior of the fuselage next to my "Reward" label. Currently, here's where I have my tail numbers and reward labels.

Plastic label maker...trimmed as small as I could.

Right now every typical UAV you have uses the same number. That includes RC fixed wing aircraft. A lot of these folks are not too happy about having to stick a number on a classic period type aircraft. They take a lot time and effort to make the planes look like the real thing. I don't care about my quads having my FAA number on it.
