FCC AND CE version?

I ordered a mavic mini fly more combo, how do I know if the mini is a FCC OR CE version? And what’s the difference?

The model number. If it’s SS then it’s FCC and if it’s SD it’s CE.

Taken from the DJI website:

Remote Controller & Video Transmission
Operating Frequency
Model MR1SS5: 5.725-5.850 GHz
Model MR1SD25: 2.400-2.4835 GHz, 5.725-5.850 GHz
Max Transmission Distance (unobstructed, free of interference)
Model MR1SS5
5.8 GHz: 4000 m (FCC); 2500 m (SRRC)
Model MR1SD25
2.4 GHz: 2000 m (MIC/CE)
5.8 GHz: 500 m (CE)
Operating Temperature Range
0° to 40°C (32° to 104°F)
Transmission Power (EIRP)
Model MR1SS5
5.8 GHz: Model MR1SD25
2.4 GHz: CE)
5.8 GHz:
Notice how SS has a higher transmission power than SD which is due to the laws in the relevant regions/countries.

It’s worth nothing that if you have the FCC version but use it in a CE country you’ll only get the CE power and not the full FCC power. This is where the FCC hack comes in.
