Fcc mode for Mini 3 no pro

Hello everyone, is it possible to switch to fcc the new Mini 3? Is there a FCC DJI FLY V1.9.9? Thanks in advance

It don't work like that.
FCC is for none EU compliant parts of the world.
Ways to hack the mode but I hear/read it is lost upon every boot up or something!
