Firmware update froze

My firmware update froze at 7%. I don't have a clue what to do, any help would be appreciated

Restart the Mavic and try again. That's all I can suggest.

mine did the same when i first got it, it was downloading from the phone not the PC. it froze for a long while so i turned everything off. The battery that was on it at that time never worked again after that. I saw another post somewhere saying the same thing but their battery came alive again after a week. Mine never did.

I now use DJI assistant and so far every update has been good make sure the battery is full to the top when u do an update. when mine went below the 50 percent while updating was when everything froze up.
