Firmware update paused

I fly with a friend and he tells me that he has tried to do the update and when he goes into update it tells him that Firmware update paused. Any help with this ?

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that he is trying to update the firmware on his DJI Mavic pro

Restart app DJI GO 4 and try again? If that fails, connect the MP to computer and do the firmware update with DJI Assistant 2.
