It is. Thank you.If it is brand new, the servers can be quite busy. Be patient!
Are you trying to update the firmware from your phone?? I have a note 8 and have to use the dji assistance app on a computer in order for it to update... dji doesnt like the droids....
I just updated mine on computer, no problems...
I am using a laptop running Windows 10. It looks like the aircraft has updated and maybe the batteries. The controller does not seem to want to update and i guess consequently, I can't connect it to the aircraft.
Have you download the last Assistant 2, ver. 2.0.4?I am using a laptop running Windows 10. It looks like the aircraft has updated and maybe the batteries. The controller does not seem to want to update and i guess consequently, I can't connect it to the aircraft.
Is anyone having issues with upgrading the new firmware? I have a mavic 2 zoom with a note 8
Keep trying. A computer with DJI assitant 2 would be better.
Ok, so I havent thoroughly gone thru this thread for similiar instances but I can attest to the exact same issue, same phone, same drone. however, what differs from you is that my M2Z isnt new.I have managed to upgrade the aircraft but am getting the following screen when I try to download to the controller. It does not show the firmware options. Is that because the server is busy? I have followed the instructions. What would happen if I fly the aircraft with having upgraded the controller. I have a similar issue with the batteries. Thanks
