I would say..never chase children with a drone. The shot isn't worth it and if it's interesting only to the pilot..it horrifies everyone else. A nice hover shot is something else. Let the action move...not the camera.

No side sensors.... On this the skydio2 is a monster.

I am pretty sure that the M2 will also crash in the same situation despite the availability of side sensors. See this recent report : First flight crashed into a tree! ?

Glad that everything turned out well. I have grand children, but I am very careful not to get close with the drone. Active track, is great, but please use caution around Childern, I use the Zoom feature to get up close. Four year old dress not understand the damage those props can do to him.
