Thanks! It's just a transition effect used in the video editing program, I used it to match it to the beat stopping at that moments.

Everyone is free to express creativity in their own way but my preference is to avoid obvious transitions unless it’s somehow part of the scene. Day to night, inside to outside, things like that where you want to see both at the same time for a short period. Otherwise, jump cut.

I see. However, now that I know it is a transition you used, my advice would be to try a different one or remove them altogether.
