Please do not take this the wrong way. I am not trying to rain on your parade but I wanted to let you know (in case you do not already know) that you are not allowed by FAA rules to flight in (ie take off or land) in a National Park and that the Great Smokey Mountains are a National Park. To be clear I wish this were not true, and have often wished we were allowed to fly in NPS but alas it is not permitted. I mention this only to alert you that there are reports of the NPS fining drone operators $5k and more and also of confiscating the drone if violators are caught. Just a friendly heads up.
