Flight Authorisation

I have been flying in a blue zone all summer. Most times it asks me for an unlock code and it sends me a txt message with the code. last month or so it won't send me an unlock code. Says too many calls try again later (or something similar) or try with voice call which gives me the same too many calls. Last week I tried again and still no luck, but I downloaded Kittyhawk software to my phone and when I used that app it gave me an authourisation code right away which I then entered in the DJi app and I was able to fly. Is there something wrong with my Dji app?

I didn't think Kittyhawk could unlock a DJI authorization zone. You can definitely use it to get LAANC approval for flying in controlled airspace though.

I once encountered a significant delay in getting that SMS code, and receiving the unlock code when I tried the request from DJI Flysafe website. They both finally went through after something like 30 minutes.
Usually gets through in a minute.
