Try it along the long open stretches away from the trees and if it still isn’t good contact DJI.

Hey there
Was flying this morning on a more open area! I was at 300 meters height and like 1.8 km out
No problems
Had to come back because of battery
So i think it is just the trees when ypu have too many of them in between the controller and the drone itself
