Flight log records lost...what happened?

I upgraded my DJI GO 4 app to version 4.1.3 a few days ago. Now I can't find my flight records from before the upgrade. What happened, or, how can I retrieve those records?
Has this happened to any of our members here?

Try syncing with the cloud in the upper right corner

Did that already...still no records of previous flights.

Reinstall the app and sync.

Hi Cyberpower. Just re-installed the DJI GO 4 app but only this months flight log of my Mavic appeared. It had though the old log from last year of my P3 Advanced too. ???

When you select the time frame, did you select all?

Had you previously synced them while they were there or not? if not reinstalling will wipe everything that might be left.

Nope, I didn't. I wonder though why some of the log files were saved while others were missing. In fact, there were more files saved from my P3A when I was still using the DJI Go app. Selective? Hmmmmm?
