Fly Safe - not receiving verification code

Hello.

I'm trying to unlock an authorization zone.
After completing the pilot and device information on the Fly Safe website I complete the 'verify phone number' and hit "Get SMS Code", I get a 'verification code sent' pop-up, but no code ever arrives on my phone.

Any suggestions?

Have it call you. Some systems block sms that it thinks is spam. It down like my bank, but neither do I

I'm having the same problem.

I've entered my device, and my own info. (Device Management and Pilot Management).

In the Background Certification page it asks for my name, email and phone number, which I've entered. It then tries to send me an SMS code, but it never sends.

Bradley82... you said "Have it call you". How does one do that?

So I tried again, and it worked. I didn't do anything different, just tried a couple of days later.
It was simple to do and I can't wait to try it out tomorrow.
The authorization is only for 3 days.
