Are there any restrictions or paperwork that needs to be adhered to when flying on Malta. U.K. drone code obviously, and I have found a self declaration from the gov staying heights distances etc. Is this needed? There is ref in the document about informing VTS if flying over water. Any advice and pointer very much appreciated
