Flying in/over a cemetery?

Other than common courtesy and respect for people visiting their loved ones or attending an actual funeral, are there any restrictions regarding taking photos/vids above a cemetery? There's a very large, beautiful cemetery here with foliage, lakes, buildings, monuments and statues. Its only open from 8-4:45 everyday so I could easily fly outside those hours.

Tons of people take normal photos here...they even put out an annual calendar displaying the best submissions.

Would you guys ask permission or just go fly?

I'd fly when the place was closed, no employees were present, & not ask permission. There is a big difference in someone taking photos & the noise from a drone.
