Flying in Philippines?

Looking at a trip to the Philippines next year and starting to research how easily I might be able to fly my drone there (yeah, I'm planning ahead). We will be staying in/around Anilao and Romblon (far from Manila and other big cities).

I'm planning to take my Mini 3 Pro (249 grams, with a camera). As I understand it, I'll need to register the drone with the Philippines CAAP. Most of the regs seem reasonable and pretty typical: No flying after dark, max height ~400 AGL, stay away from people, stay 10 kilometers from airports, avoid flight over populated areas, etc. Other than that - and the typical common sense things - any other critical restrictions I should know about?

I believe there are local restrictions (notoriously, in Boracay) but I'd like to find an airspace map or some other source to look at before deciding to bring the drone (I mean, if the two places I'll be going have blanket airspace restrictions, there's little point in bringing it).

Does anyone here know of a source for airspace restriction maps/apps/info? Anyone here flown in the Philippines anytime recently? (after searching I see a few posts about flying in the Philippines but those are pretty old and I am hesitant to put a lot of faith in brief reports 5+ years old...).

Thanks for any insights or pointers.

In Boracay:
You need a RPACC permit. (Obtained thru the Licensing and certification Dept. of the Flight standards Inspectorate service at the CAAP).
In the Philippines:
You need to take and pass a test similar to the TRUST
You must be 16
You must be able to read, write, and speak english. (lol but true)
You must be in good physical condition to fly a Drone!?! (So get to the gym!)

Do hobbyists have to register now? I cant find out where/how if thats the case.

FWIW Boracay used to offer a permit you could buy for 24hrs to fly from the government office. I did that fine and oddly they also authorised me to use the beaches about 2km from Caticlan airport (i didnt...).
One trick they did have is the permits expired 10 mins before sunset. The local police wander up White Beach looking for all those people getting sunset shots and fine them if theyre a minute late landing. Yup, i got caught there as did many others.

One slight issue is the 10km rule in general - it puts a lot of the smaller islands off limits due to them having a small airfield and not being 10km long.
