I was flying near the the Adler Planetarium in Chicago. Security came out and told me drones were not allowed in the area. According to B4UFLY there were no restrictions. Was Security overstepping or was B4UFLY lacking in information?

Of course you can fly your drone near and over a museum that is not in restricted airspace. I would have left the area and take off and land from outside their property and if they approached you (if they can find you) then they would be overstepping.

They can only prohibit you from launching and landing on their property. The have no control over the air space, only the FAA
