A search didn't bring up anything so it seems I may be alone with this problem...so I rarely fly my MPP but when I do I get fogging on the center of the lens for a few minutes. First noticed that last year and had put it down to cold weather as it was pretty nippy on that February morning but I flew again last week when it was about 20°C and same thing. Gradually builds up in the first few minutes of being on and then takes about 5 go away, very strange. After that it's fine so not a huge deal at the end of the day but just curious as to what might be causing this and hopefully not a problem for the electronics in the long run.

Where do you normally store your drone when you're not flying?

In a room in the house so at a normal temperature and the AC wasn't on when that happened. Now we're close to the sea so it's going to be fairly humid overall. Maybe that builds up over time....

Yes, that's what I'm thinking.

Is it stored in a case or bag? If so, try tossing in some type of rechargeable silica gel packet (like this one) to try capturing any moisture that might be trapped inside of the camera.

I recently got a bunch of little desiccant packets for something else, I'll put the MPP in a sealed box with them to see if it helps !

Sounds like a plan! And then if you find that resolves the issue, it might just be a new thing you have to do when storing your drones in that new environment.
