Format memory card

In a DSLR, it is good practice to format the memory card now and then. Can I format in the Mavic, and how is it done please? Thanks in advance for your time.

No need to format for any performance related reasons. I usually format the card when I want it empty and will throw it in a new device. (Drone to camera or camera to drone)
