Freewell Air 3s Filters Return Policy

Hey, I've just gotten into UAS and started with a Mini 4k before exchanging-out a few days later for an Air 3s, and had been using that for a little under a month, but have now returned the Air 3s and have a Mavic 4 Pro on order from Korea.

Problem is Freewell Gear; they say to return to:

So did a UPS quoting online and it is quoting me $187 to return the $160 DJI Air 3S Filters Mega Pro Kit .... Their Customer Support is not very friendly either, so it doesn't appear I'm going to get anywhere with them.

Selling on Amazon is requires an application and it won't let my seller account proceed with some additional documents showing bulk purchases... I only just started here so I can't purchase in classifieds either...

eBay/craigslist/FB Marketplace... Amazon isn't for used goods but actual merchants.

Common problem the return cost is close to actual paid price. Always buy from someone that has free returns. I got burned a couple times over the past 10 years on chinese compaines

That is a very reasonable response, and frankly I am surprised they even tell you how they tried to save you money and offer you a discount on the M4Pro filters.

I don't see where you mention FREEWELL in your title.

Also that price, seems too close to freewellgear.com price where pretty much anyone can get 10% everyday.

These days I find it really helpful to mention since I am shipping from the US, domestic buyers will never see customs delays or tariffs. There are too many listing that say location USA but end up shipping from overseas.
