In my uneducated guess, AF won't work with ND1000.
Although in 99% of shooting scenarios infinity setting in MF will suffice.
There is always a but... On my Mavic 3 Pro the last bar on the focusing scale in MF representing infinity (the 2 overlapping triangles - mountains symbol) wil NOT focus to infinity correctly on the 1x and 7x cameras. You might need to do a test with yours to establish at which bar your 3 cameras focus to infinity to achieve optimal sharpness.
In my case the 1x camera requires 3 bars below infinity, 3x camera on last bar, 7x camera 4 bars below infinity.
