Frequency checkout!!!

Waiting on my Mavic to ship and wanted to get some insight. I am not new to RC but that last time I flew anything substantial I had to checkout my frequency tag!!!

I am not concerned about being able to fly but maybe a little intimidated by all the technology. The Futaba 601 heading hold gyro was as high tech as I got.

What have I gotten myself into?

All the high tech stuff does is make it easier for you to fly, it's so easy to fly, even for us Luddites. Just read and understand the manual, and fly gently for a bit until you get used to it. I date from clockwork escapements......
