Just bought a Mavic 2 Zoom here in California. Will I be able to use it in Germany or will there be problems e.g. with power supply, software or else? Thanks for any advise.

You will have no issue.
I luckily have traveled all over Europe and the world with either my Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro 2, Spark, Air and Mini.
The chargers all handle 100-220 50/60hz.
Just get an adapter plug to plug into the European plugs.
Also make yourself aware of the local laws and regulations.
I have likely more than a hundred videos of castles, etc. from Europe.

Also a good idea is to pre load the area maps where you will fly as many rural areas do not have good mobile connections.
