Galaxy S10+ Problem Connection

Hi guys ! I saw a lot of people using Mavic Pro with new Samsung Galaxy S10+. I'm try to connect the remote control, but everytime show me the error "Check your charger connection". Someone know how can I solve this problem ?

I use my Mavic 2 with the Galaxy 10+, but I only use a USB to type C cable. I do not know if your MP controller also has a USB port, but if it does, try it.

My S10+ Has worked great with my Mavic 1. Are you using a case?

What I do is connect the controller and mavic first it vibrates then I connect my s10 then the usb a bottom connection on the remote.

Have you got usb debugging switched on in developer mode on the S10

That message just click that circle and make sure the usbc clicks when you connect.
I use the Adam usb c fron dji store I feel mine click that's when I know its connected
