Assuming you’re in the U.S. (no location entered in your signature info for the site)....
Get AirMap or B4UFly apps on your mobile and get LAANC clearance there. FAA officially doesn’t recommend contacting the airport tower directly.... even though some apparently do so as a courtesy.

You should go to drone zone and learn how airspace authorizations work.
