Gimbal abnormal vibration compass won't calibrate

after firmware update had two problems. Warning on dji go app "gimbal abnormal vibration"

2nd problem no matter how many times calibrate compass and changing locations as well get the msg "calibration complete" then look back in app and reads needs to calibrate compass.

Lot of youtube vids on gimbal problems after firmware update. So made sure I did update to lattest version.

Email dji and they sent a return autho.

Wonder if anyone else having these problems and what solution was found?

Maybe one of your rubber bands that support the gimbal was failing and causing abnormal vibration. I havent seen many compass calibration problems with the new firmware, I just make sure Im away from my car when I start it up.

Thunderdrones thanks for the reply. One of the bands looked somewhat frayed but functioned apparently ok maybe not.

looks like a software problem given dji go app shows msg calibration complete then doesn't remove the msg calibrate compass.

Well it's boxed and it was not as much of a hassle as expected getting a return autho and one phone call after email was it.
