Thanks for that. Just watched the entire video. . learned a few things. . still can't get the Controller to connect to my Mac OR PC . . .on the controller itself, I can see there are at least 100's of pictures on there. . I WAS able to use the same cable and connect the drone itself. . and was able to see the DCIM Folder but very few pix on there. . looks like the majority of them are stored on the controller. . not sure what the issue is. . cable obviously works. . also tried the USB A port on top. . apparently just for connecting accessories and not for a data download. . Thanks again. . must be a newbie thing. .hope I'm just doing something wrong and no issue with the controller. .
