Gimbel cover mini pro 4 driving me crazy

I have the covers that came with the minis

This appears to be the cover for the Mini 3 Pro which is possible it may have carried over in the early Mini 4 Pro unit, I dunno. It is this difficult cover that let me to seek an aftermarket solution for my Mini 3 Pro.

yea one came with my mini3pro and the other with the 4 and as far as I can tell their the same but I cant get the dam thing to go back on. Grrrr

These are the covers that came with the regular Mini 3, they aren’t the correct ones for the Mini 4 pro.

I wonder if this would work, it seems that if the gimbal is tilted much those covers are hard to put on

I find it very easy. At first I was confused because I was trying to attach it like the one in my MM1 and M2P, which is like a puzzle. When I realized it just slide in, I was impressed.
