Gimble freeze

I changed the gimble housing. when I power the drone the gamble moves in all direction and stop with a little shift to the right side then freeze and not working if I moved the drone also it not response with remote.
I try to update firmware but stopped at 31%. I try with python, I got error.
Please I need help if someone faced the same situation before.

Note: I try another gimble board but the situation get worth since I got message on the remote that gimble not connected. I contact the seller he told me I should let the drone recognize the new boar. I changed to original board the gimble moved but after freeze

Which drone? The gimbal in later drones that use the Fly app have to be paired by DJI. They use proprietary software that no one except them or authorized repair places has.

Edit, Never mind, I just saw a Mavic 2 Pro. The Python scripts should work for that one.
