Go 4 question

I have the Mavic 2 Pro and use a Samsung 6 device. When starting the GO 4 app I do not get the "go fly" indication unless I close the app and reload. Once I do that everything is fine. Is this a known issue?

Not for me, but I'm using a moto g6.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab A and get the go fly no problem.
