Given the fact DJI skipped version .26 and .27 there must be more behind this release than only ‘improved app stability’

More details sometimes follow, but I suspect it's really:

• v4.2.26 - internal release - improved app stability (AKA "fixed a bug")
• v4.2.27 - internal release - improved app stability (AKA "fixed a bug with the first bug fix")
• v4.2.28 - public release - improved app stability (AKA, "Yep, pretty sure that's working now, let's ship it!", AKA "It's Friday evening, I want to go home, and my manager is asking if the code is ready yet - stuff it, it's done!")

none of my settings I’ve looked at but will fly it tomorrow.

see the IOS version has been updated to .28 on the app store but not on the DJI download site
