Google Pixel 2 for controller

Is anyone using the new Pixel 2 for the controller? Is it compatible?
I'm having trouble finding the right connector which should be microUSB to USB-C

Does anyone know where I can find one?

why not use the bottom connector on the controller and your regular sync cable to test? i found that connector is better and i can then charge the controller.

As long as the side port has NOTHING plugged in, that is how the bottom port becomes active.
