GoPro ends production of all Karma drones

I rememeber the many hours of research last year in june when I was purchasing my drone, it came down to the karma and mavic pro, good karma choosing the MP [emoji41]

I think GoPro stopped producing them back in January.

I got lucky, was ready to buy an original Karma, was unable to fly to the US mainland to buy it and in the meantime the Mavic came out.
I dodged a bullet being busy in work!

On the downside, its even less competition for DJI now. Competition is healthy.

You did get lucky. You got a Mavic, and they never got recalled.

Yes competition is healthy. If it were not for the Karmas announcement back in 2016, the Mavic Pro might have been priced at $1449 or higher when it was first released.
