I have a website on which I have posted many Hangar 360 photos. Most of the links are not working.

I was able to take new 360s yesterday, and the links on them work fine.

Hangar does not seem to be answering queries on its site.

Have others encountered this or have any suggestions about follow-up?

I just went through several of my Hangar links and thus far (old and new) all seem to be working.

When I've had issues previously it took at least 1 full day to get a response from their tech support but the replies were spot on and solved my issues (only had 2).

Good luck.

About half of my links are not functioning. (I was in error to say "most" in my previous message.) I tried contacting Hangar but had lost my password; when I try to reset it, I do not get a response from Hangar. Something's fishy.

Something has changed since just yesterday because I'm now getting the same errors on my links. The only ones that are opening today are my latest ones from the last few weeks. All older ones return

"Error loading 360"

I've reached out to my Hangar contact. May not help but it's worth a try. I'll post back here if I learn anything new.

Allen - Thanks for contacting Hangar! I'll look forward to finding out what you learn.

Allen -- Any response from Hangar?

It seems that all of my 360s before May 20 of this year are non-functional and that those since then are fine, including some I've done in recent days.

I've not heard back from them (that's out or character for them) and I just sent them a message on their FB page asking for assistance.

Allen - Thanks for continuing to check.

When I click on the support link in the app, I get the response, "Unable to connect."

To clarify my last message, when I try to get 360s using the URLs, I can't go back past about May 20. I can, however, link to the older ones directly from the app.

That's pretty much exactly my situation now as well. All of my recent ones (I save all of my URL's in a spreadsheet) work fine but going back a few months they no longer work.

all of the images in the AP work like a charm but they are probably "CACHED" locally in the device.

I've still not heard a PEEP from them on any platform. I'm going to try and find an alternate email address to hit up.

I sent a message via Facebook and have not heard back from them, either.

I sent them a support request over a week ago asking about Autopilot support for the Mavic 2 and got no response. This certainly doesn't sound good....

I have to agree with you. What really gets to me is that I can see they have read BOTH of my FB messages but not a single peep of reply. Doesn't look good for the home team.

It is curious that I can link to the 360s I've done in the past four months but not those I did previously. It implies to me that some of their servers are down.

Am I correct in assuming that since there have been no new posts to this thread that no one has heard from Hangar.com?

I’ve not heard a peep. 3 FB messages, 2 FB posts, and 3 different email to them directly.

--Very sorry to hear.
I need to remove them from my website so as to avoid having to check the remaining open ones all the time.

Someone suggested an alternate online 360 host but I can't remember the name of it. If I can find it I'll post it here.

To those having problems with accessing old Hanger360 links... I had a similar problem and found by way of looking at the webpage source that the url had changed.
Try using this url: "https://viewer.hangar.com/360?productId=" (exactly as written without the quotes followed by your unique code)

This may not be the same as your problem, but it worked for me.
