Hardware to edit?

I am looking to upgrade my old editing laptop and not sure what to get.

Budget is about 1K and IDK if I should get a mac, PC or even an Ipad.

I usually use lightroom and adobe rush.

A PC Laptop will give you the best bang for the buck. I would look at MSI or ASUS.
