Has anybody ever had this happen to them?

put voltage indicator on phone screen, that may or may not give me a warning before the instant 0% battery life error pops up.
Still gave no warning at all, all voltages normal then a sudden drop as the cell failed. 96% to 0% in under a second. Voltage display gave no extra warning at all.
