Hello all!
I am expecting my Mavic Air to arrive within a few days and I am very excited. This is my first drone!
So I have been reading a lot of stuff and watching videos on youtube in order to inform myself before I start flying in Germany.
One thing that still confuses me still though: REGULATIONS..
I know the outlines already BUT what confuses me are the apps that show you a map where are you allowed to fly and where not. I am using now the DFS (Deutsche Flugsicherung). I have even been scouting for some large fields where I can learn to operate my drone.

Can you guys advise me what apps are you using or is the DJI Go 4 enough?

Thanks!

Welcome to Mavic Pilots .
I hope you will find our site helpful and look forward to any input , photo's/video's you might post .
Don't be shy and ask anything if you can't find it by searching .
Being this is your first drone I would go with the Go App till I got used to it then go from there .

Welcome Aboard! And enjoy your stay here, there is a wealth of information to be had here so take your time and enjoy reading all the great stuff you can do, :) Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Have a great one and happy flying :)
