Hi Everyone,

I'd like to introduce myself, I'm Xavier, and I was thinking about aerial photography for a while, and finally 2 days ago got the courage to bought a Mavic Air.

I'm still in the process of charging everything and updating the firmware, in the meantime reading as many tips as possible to fly safely. It is a mixture of emotions looking forward my first fly.

In the process I found this forums and want to thank you for this community and the rich and useful information shared!

Welcome, Xavier, from a fellow newbie. I trust your first flight went well. What are the regulations like in Mexico? I'm thinking of a trip but not sure which country to visit. Scenery & regulations will probably be the deciding factors. Happy flying!

Welcome Xavier, I am flying in the Chicago area. I am also interested what is a good area to visit, for the purpose of flying. And, safety issues.
