Not jet a drone owner, but soon to be (next week). I'm a photographer (and carp fisher) in heart and got bitten by the drone virus after having working offshore with some drone flyers.
Used the Mavic 2 Zoom a couple times, which was a little challenge while working on a offshore vessel.
The vessel was moving at 15 km/h with a head wind of 30 km/h, all sensors switched off, flying on GPS only and managed to take of and land a couple times on the aft deck. Guess taking of and landing ashore will be easy now.
I've decided to go for the Mavic 2 Pro, as I have seen the quality difference between the Zoom and the Pro. Still thinking if the Smart Controller is a smart buy or not, that's quit a chunk of money more to put on the table!
It's a pleasure to read the topics here and also very educational, happy flying all! (no fear of flying over water jet ... might change when I have my own drone?)
Cheers
