any form of motorised recreation or passage (except by
people with a disability using a vehicle or vessel adapted for
their use);
A drone definitely has a motor and one a bit loud at that.
I'll look for more up-to-date regulations, too.

Thank you folks and sorry for the delay in replying. I was stranded in Oban, a town in the Highlands, over the weekend. Floods and landslides closed all roads out of the town. I was en route from Mull to Fort William and my time was taken up finding accommodation for 2 nights. Living in the Highlands you'll know all about it Jake 61.
I agree the five sisters do make a good avatar. I used to live near them.

I think that only applies to access, for example, using motorbikes, quad bikes etc. to get around.
