Hi there from Tuscany - Italy.

Short bio: After 3+ years with a DJI Spark who went with me across continents, beaches, mountains, rivers, woods, weddings.... I upgraded to a brand new Mini 2 which sunk in a swimming pool in its third flight. Not bad huh? Wish I have won something.

Now here for some underwater repair suggestions...

I have read that the drones may survive a fresh water dunk, but a salt water encounter is bad since the salt residue will slowly corrode the electronics inside.

A swimming pool has chemicals in it that may have the same results as salt water.
