Hello .. I just bought a new Mavic Air , would like to know is Huawei Novo 3 or Novo 3i smartphone compatible to this drone?

You mean Nova 3? Not sure with the Nova 3i but my friend uses Nova 3 for his Mavic pro.

Thanks to all the replied and also welcome note..changed my mind just got Xiaomi Note 5 which was in the recommended list, will try it out this weekend and post my feedback later..
