Introduction post. Bought myself a new toy, so need to learn about it. I’m retired, live in Scarborough Ontario. Done a couple of flights. Taken some pictures, but the mp4 video failed for some reason.

I have an MP4, but it wont play on anything. Same card the phots came off of and they were fine.

You may try deleting and reinstalling the App...it could fix it

You may have shut the drone off before you stopped recording. Put the sd card in the drone, turn it on, hit record, stop recording, turn the drone off. If that is what happened, that will fix it. Welcome to the world of drones from beautiful North Dakota.
