Thanks All. Sorry I'm so slow to reply. I have been reading various threads over the last week. Lots of good info for a newbee here. Thanks.
I was flying a bit this afternoon - the weather finally cleared up a bit - and noticed that my Mavic Pro would slowly rotate while hovering - hands off the sticks. Does this mean I need to calibrate the compass? or IMU? I have done both calibrations once right out of the box.

Definitely not a compass problem. Try calibrating the remote controller in DJI GO like this if the sticks are not both showing 0% when in the center position:
