HELP, ESC Status error and firmware update issues

Hi,

Tried to fly the Mavic yesterday and it will not take off. I keep getting ESC Status error codes but I cannot seem to find a way to overcome it.

The other issue is that on the App it keeps asking me to update firm ware which I have done several times but it keeps asking again and again.

Any help or guidance would be most appreicated.

Contact your seller or DJI support and have it repaired?

I got a brand new air with the same problem esc status error ou of the box never fly just activate and update firmware
