Hello,

I just received my Mavic Pro 2 days ago.

After 3 flights, I folded my arms. And the left rear arm was dislocated.

There are now games and he no longer holds the drone.

I have not forced by folding and followed the normal instructions.

I will contact the DJI Service Center tomorrow morning. I do not have a DJI care but since the drone at 48h I hope they will repair it for defective device.

What do you think ? Have you ever seen that?

Thank you !

Never seen that before. It looks like someone at the factory did not tighten the screw. Can you push it back in and tighten the screw?

The screw did not move and seems fixed. It may be broken inside. I think it's a small arm part that needs to be broken at its base. When I press to try to put it back in the drone it forces a lot.

Did you try loosening the screw several turns and then pushing it back in? If you did then I suggest you gently pull off the arm until you can see the wires then inspect the joint and see what is wrong.

I have not tried this because I am afraid that the DJI warranty will jump if I touch the screw. By pulling the arm right now I do not have access to the wire or the mechanism.

Hi i had the exact same problem... took it to maplins i now have a refund...dji admitted it was a fault... im happy with how everything was handled
