Hi!

My dji mavic pro (non platinum or white) stopped pairing with the controller. I've tried literally everything. I've tried restarting it, binding it (the pairing light near the sim card slot doesn't even turn on when the pairing button is pressed) and even tried plugging it into my computer but the drone nor the controller shows up!! Could someone help me please?

And I've tried the c1, c2, and record combo and the shutter button thing and still nothing. It just stays on "pairing"

There is a switch on the right side of the aircraft that will be in “RC” or “WIFI” position. I really don’t remember if that switch position would make a difference in what issue you have, but may be worth looking into.
Some history on what you have may help.

That short length of cable that is stored by plugging one end into a mini USB socket on the side of the Mavic 1 Pro's RC controller MUST be unplugged from that mini USB socket if like me you utilize a USB to Apple Lightning cable instead of that short cable that is supplied with the controller.

Just a few minutes ago while I was testing a Mavic 2 Zoom I just bought, I was baffled as to why there was no camera image visible on my iPad screen even though the camera gimbal tilt response worked when I operated the thumb wheel. Having initially forgotten about the importance of disconnecting that short cable from the mini USB socket on the controller's left side, I eventually disconnected that cable and was instantly rewarded with a nice crisp camera view image, after which the newly calibrated drone flew as though it were brand new,

This simple fix might not work for you, but then again I got caught out by that plugged-in cable TWICE, which makes it worthwhile mentioning as a possible solution to the disconnection issue you have described.

Try down loading the DJI Assistant 2 Consumer Drone Series app/program to your computer and then try connecting first the controller to the computer and updating it's system, then do the same with the Mavic.

DJI Assistant 2 Consumer Drone Series
I'll try that. Thanks!!
But I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be the regular assistant 2 (non consumer drone series)

Ah, I've already tried that before. A few months ago when the drone was working, I went on a road trip down to the beach to take some photos. I realized right after I opened my case that I forgot my controller on its charger (I never remember things, lol) so i tried out the wifi thing but for some reason, it wouldn't work at all (it still doesnt) I was pissed, lol. Gas prices are sooooo high in california, haha.
I did try plugging it into my computer and factory resetting it but then I realized it wouldn't show up. I decided to just forget about it cuz I have an rc already so I usually wouldn't need to use the wifi. Sooo then that night, I plugged in all my 3 batteries and then the next morning, that's when I realized it wasn't connecting at all. First i checked the switch which was still on wifi so I switched it to rc. Waited over 10 minutes and still didn't connect. So I restarted it and it still didn't connect.

Hard to figure out without the history on what the OP has. We’re all guessing at this point. Maybe he has it fixed and not reported back.
Hey, sorry I am new to the forum and I completely forgot to check it for 2 whole weeks, lol. I posted the history in another person's comment (I'm too lazy to say it again) I bought the drone off ebay so I don't really have too much history on it
The wifi thingy never worked and when I plugged it into my computer, it wouldn't show up so I put the batteries to the charger and waited till the next morning when I realized it wasn't connecting. I have the switch to the rc position so it should've connected. When I press the pair button on the ac, it does literally nothing.

Thanks! I use the included cable that connects to the side of the controller. And it won't pair at all.
